Introduction
Memon Educational Board aims at giving quality education to create a learning community in which equal opportunities are provided to all the students for developing their individual capabilities and consuming their potential.
Rules and Regulations are devised to frame a uniform policy for everyone. These rules, if strictly followed, will enable the management to achieve its goal in the field of Education. The decision of the school management in every matter would be final, conclusive and binding upon all.
School Timing
It is compulsory for all students to attend the assembly daily, only the Play Group, & Prep-1 Parents are responsible for collecting their children promptly after school hours. The School cannot accept responsibility for any child not collected within half an hour after the School ends.
Note: For boys, low trousers are STRICTLY prohibited. They should have a proper haircut. Girls are not allowed to wear short shirts or jewelry in school. Cosmetics are strictly forbidden. Streaking or dyeing of hair & hair fringe is not permitted. They should setup their hair properly. Action will be taken against children with untidy uniform / unkempt hair.
Fees
(a) Rules & Conditions for Payment of Fee:
- All kinds of Fee are to be paid at the Bank Only. No fee will be collected at the School.
- The School fee must be paid by the 15th of every month, thereafter a fine of Rs 100 will be charged per month.
- After validity date, fee voucher will expire and the Bank will not collect the fee. Ensuring the receipt of the fee voucher is the responsibility of parents.
- Only cash payments will be accepted at the bank.
- Parents must retain a copy niche paid voucher for future reference.
- Fee once paid is Non Refundable.
- If the fee for one month is unpaid and is not cleared by the 15th of the second month along with the dues, the name of the child will be struck off the school roll.
- If the parents then want their child to continue, they will have to pay re-admission fee equivalent to one month’s fee and late payment surcharges,
- Re-admission will be considered in special cases only. Granting re-admission will be solely at the discretion of the school management.
- 50/- Rs will be charged for Duplicate Fee Voucher.
- Tuition Fee will be enhanced every year subject to the inflation and the facilities provided to students.
- Annual Charges have to be paid in the month of August every year.
(b) Withdrawal:
For withdrawal during the academic session, the parents! Guardian will be required to give one month’s notice in writing or pay one month’s fee in lieu thereof. Students withdrawn on completion of an academic session are liable to pay the fee for the summer vacation. Further. The School Leaving Certificate will be issued on submission of a written application and when all the dues have been cleared.
(c) Expulsion:
A student may be expelled by the Principal! Administrator on account of violating the School Rules. Late payment of fees, irregularity, objectionable moral influence & disorderly or unseemly conduct or even without assigning any reason. Misbehavior of the parents, guardians or relatives of the child affects the child’s educational career for which they shall be solely responsible. A student may be expelled due to the parent’s/guardian’s misconduct! Misbehavior too.
Liability For Fees
- Fees must be paid before 25th of the designated month.
- All admissions to be school will be charged an admission fee.
- Admission and tuition fees are non-refundable.
In the event of withdrawal, one month’s notice is required in writing. If the notice is submitted after 15th of the month, the student is liable to pay full fees for the following month too.
Discipline
a) Top priority of the school is character building of the students along with excellence in academics. We are inculcating high values of morality among our students. They are therefore disciplined, well organized and prominently distinguished members of the society.
b) As such a high standard of discipline is maintained throughout the school network and there is no compromise on this issue.
c) Students found involved in any indiscipline activity, in or outside the school may immediately be rusticated/serious action may be taken against them.
Parents Teacher Meetings
- It is essential to attend the parent-teacher meetings as and when called. A circular will be sent to the parents for such meetings.
- In special cases e.g. lack of student’s progress, misbehavior etc., and parents may be asked to attend special meetings on specified date and time. The attendance at these meetings is mandatory. An appointment slip will be sent to the parents in such cases.
- Parents, who want to meet the class/subject teacher, will have to send a written application in the student’s homework diary for an appointment.
- They will not be allowed to see any teacher during school hours without prior appointment. Visiting hours for the parents/guardian who wish to meet the Principal / Vice Principal are: Tuesday and Thursday 09:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
- All other working days by prior appointment only.
Admission
General Information Registration dates and schedules: Parents are informed to register their child from any of their preferred location for new Session 2023-2024. Principal will make a schedule for admission test.
Step 1:
Admission Depending on seat availability, a registration form will be given for each child. At this time parents must bring with them a copy of the child’s birth certificate or a B.form, passport size photograph and previous school reports.
Step 2:
The admissions office will call to make an appointment for your child to visit our school and give entry level test.
Step 3:
Both parents and the child must attend the scheduled interview and testing at which time they will be informed of when a decision will be given regarding their child. It is mandatory for parents/guardians to be present for the interview. The school reserves the right to reject any candidate if he or she does not fulfill the admission criterion.

Additional Requirements for MEB
- All applicants must provide a copy of their most recent school transcript and a school leaving certificate
- Although not required, a letter of recommendation from a teacher or school principal would help the admission department in becoming more familiar with the applicant.
- All applicants are required to complete a test in English and Mathematics before they can receive admission.

- Birth Certificate Two 1″x1″ photographs with the name of the applicant on the reverse.
- Clearance Certificate from the previous school Photocopies of all other non-academic certificate.
- Photocopies of Grade IX. X. XI school reports. (if applicable)
- Photocopy of attested School Transcript
